1. Cheque for $2,000.00 payable to Delaney's Law Firm in trust or;
2. Legal Aid Ontario Certificate;
3. Any documents that have been served (by you or upon you);
4. Last 3 tax returns - if you don't have them, then prepare to file them.
5. Recent pay stub
6. Contact info (address) for both parties (Applicant & Respondent)
7. If opposing party has retained counsel, counsel's contact info
8. Please complete the intake form found at this link.

You may wish to complete some of the court forms found on the Ontario Court Services website. The forms can be emailed to our office, and by doing this yourself you can save money on our fees. The forms required to commence proceeding include an application (or answer to respond), financial statement, direction to C.R.A., case conference notice, case conference brief, along with an affidavit of service for all of the above. A confirmation will also need to be filed prior to appearing, and should be prepared as well. Our firm will review these documents and modify their data based on our professional training.
