Disbursements on a residential purchase are approximately $1000.00
Disbursements on a residential sale are approximately $400.00.
Disbursements on a re-finance are approximately $500.00.

Once you are ready to get started, please complete an intake form for a residential purchase or a residential sale. We will open your file once we receive your Agreement of Purchase and Sale.
