Most people put off preparing their will. The result of this procrastination is an estate that is taxed more heavily, and beneficiaries that may express their grief and loss by creating disputes with respect to the testator’s wishes.

Preparing a will is, in most cases, easy and affordable. Our office has developed the “Will Wizard” – a software program that will ask you simple questions and prepare a basic will based upon your answers. This kind of technology allows us to charge less than the competition. A basic will with two powers of attorney is $400.00 plus G.S.T. (for two interchangeable wills -- most commonly used by spouses -- the total charge is $600.00 plus G.S.T). We may have to charge you more if you have a complex estate, however.
